Bromsgrove Parish

Bromsgrove is within the Bromsgrove Deanery of the Diocese of Worcester. The Deanery covers the towns of Bromsgrove and Redditch, some 5 miles to the East, and the surrounding rural areas. Redditch is a 1960’s New Town development with a population of 80,000 and is administratively its own Borough, separate from Bromsgrove District. There are three team parishes in Redditch and a total of 17 churches across the deanery, most operating as team parishes.

The Deanery has pioneered local links with the Methodist Church under the terms of the Anglican Methodist Covenant and is recognised as one of the most active partnerships in this respect across the country.
